Rapid Cancer Diagnosis, MnM Membership and Regenerative Medicine
Our Facilities
Our surgery has been built from the ground up to give our pets the best care we can.
We understand the stress and anxiety you feel when your pet is unwell. That's why we wanted to create a place where both pets and their owners feel calm and relaxed and where you feel comfortable leaving your pet with us.
Welcoming Reception

As soon as you enter our reception, you will notice the large amount of natural light from our floor to ceiling windows. Our reception furniture has been built from natural Birch wood to keep as close to nature as possible, while you and your pet relax in one of our waiting areas listening to the calm sounds of nature.
Separate Dog and Cat Facilities

We have totally separated our cat and dog areas to help minimise stress for our patients. This includes separate cat and dog waiting areas, consulting rooms and wards.
State-of-the-art In-house Laboratory

We have invested in top-of-the-range lab equipment so that we can run a large variety of tests in-house. This includes blood, faeces, urine and even early cancer diagnosis.
This allows us to obtain results for your pet the very same day and provide the best treatment plans faster than ever before.
'Smart' Kennels

We wanted to move away from traditional, cold stainless steel kennels and add a number of unique features which meant we had to build our patient's rooms from scratch!
This has allowed us to create a warmer, snugglier, smarter kennel with markedly reduce noise and features such as heating, air extraction and personal lighting to name a few.
Digital Imaging and Workflow

We have integrated digital technology to help speed up our workflows enabling us to spend more time treating patients.
This includes our fully digital x-ray and ultrasound systems, lab equipment, digital forms, monitoring charts and patient records and even our payment system.
Artificial Intelligence

Sometimes, it can help to have a second set of eyes when trying to reach a diagnosis. We utilise artificial intelligence to assist us in some of our tasks such as scanning x-ray images and urine analysis.
A Less 'Clinical' Clinic

From our waiting room and consulting rooms to our imaging suite and washroom; you will notice a much less clinical environment. We believe that this helps to keep our patients feeling at home when they're away from home.
'Pawsafe' Flooring

Our entire clinic has been fitted with cushioned, non-slip flooring to help our four-legged friends maintain grip and reduce the risk of slippage. This specific flooring was chosen with our elderly and arthritic patients in mind.
Open Prep Area

At the heart of our practice is the central prep area that is generally one of the busiest areas of a veterinary practice. We have designed it as an open plan room that allows us to be close to all the other areas of the practice so that our team can always see what is going on inside.
